Returns

The satisfaction of every one of my customers is extremely important to me. While there are no returns or exchanges on products purchased; should you have an issue with your order please do not hesitate to contact me, and I will be more than happy to assist you. As a quick note all of the items found here at Crowned Accessories are uniquely handmade, so no item is identically alike. Variations in size, texture, and color are common.

 

Product Care

Please treat your accessories with care. Each item is uniquely handcrafted and durable, but if not properly taken care of they can break or become scratched.

Store your accessories in a clean and dry place when not in use, and avoid putting them in your pocket or purse.

Keep items away from small children.

It is not recommended that you swim, sleep, or shower in these earrings to avoid water or surface damage.

Keep items away from heat and harsh chemicals.

Use a damp cloth or baby wipe to clean the surface of your items. Small amounts of alcohol can be used when dipped onto a cotton swab and gently swiped across the surface of your earrings.
